Refund policy

We offer a 7-day replacement policy for products that arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect. We don't accept returns & refunds.

The product must be unused and in its original manufacturer packaging

A clear unboxing video (one continuous shot from sealed box to full unboxing) must be provided

Replacements are processed after inspection.
