TRADEMARKS

FormulaX's trademarks, service marks and trade names are the property of FormulaX and may not be used without express permission. All F1 team names, logos, liveries and branding featured on our products are the intellectual property of their respective owners. FormulaX sells only officially licensed products manufactured by Premium authorized brands like Rastar Group, Maisto, Lego, Hotwheels & Bburago and makes no claim of ownership over any F1 team or manufacturer branding. Unauthorized use of any trademarks is prohibited and may violate applicable laws.

USE OF THE SITE

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that could harm FormulaX or other users. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

  • Posting defamatory, obscene or offensive content

  • Engaging in fraudulent activities

  • Accessing or attempting to access unauthorized areas of the site

FormulaX reserves the right to terminate your access to the site if these terms are violated.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & ERRORS

FormulaX makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information and pricing. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice. If an order is affected by an error, we may cancel or modify the order and will notify you accordingly.

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate.

 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

FormulaX reserves the right to accept or cancel orders at our discretion. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified and any payments made will be refunded promptly. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept various payment methods as displayed on our website including UPI, EMI, credit cards & debit cards. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. If a payment fails or is disputed, we reserve the right to hold or cancel the order until the issue is resolved.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. FormulaX does not store any credit card, debit card or UPI information on our servers.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

FormulaX ships across India only. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout and may vary based on location. Once an order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email and WhatsApp. FormulaX is not liable for any delays caused by the courier service or circumstances beyond our control. REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

We offer a 7-day replacement policy for products that arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect. The product must be unused and in its original manufacturer packaging. A clear unboxing video (one continuous shot from sealed box to full unboxing) is mandatory to process any replacement request. We do not offer monetary refunds. WARRANTY

Our products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty as specified by respective brand. Warranty claims must be initiated within the warranty period and may require proof of purchase. Warranty coverage does not apply to damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs or alterations.

 

USER GENERATED CONTENT

By submitting content such as reviews or photos to FormulaX's website or social media channels, you grant FormulaX a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display and distribute this content. Content submitted must not violate third-party rights and FormulaX reserves the right to edit, refuse or remove inappropriate content.

 

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. FormulaX reserves the right to terminate accounts in cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FormulaX and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from any products purchased through it. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data or other intangibles. Our liability in connection with any product purchased through the Site shall in no event exceed the purchase price of that product.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from use of the website shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
