We offer a 7-day replacement policy for products that arrive damaged or defective. Replacements are not available for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Product must be unused

  • A video must be recorded at the time of unboxing clearly showing the damage or defect — this is required to process any claim

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp

Replacements are processed after review and inspection of the submitted video.

We strongly recommend recording your unboxing. Claims without video evidence cannot be processed. 🏁
